A space that follows the direction of the business
Business growth, changes in the team or fitting out a new space raise questions about how to organise the working environment. Sometimes what is needed is more room for collaboration, quiet for concentration or a more welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Business, space and intention
Before the analysis I want to understand the way of working, the needs of the people and the aim of the fit-out. An office where a team works together every day, a studio that receives clients and a space meant for guests to rest all have different needs. I look at the space holistically: I connect its purpose, the identity of the business and the experience of the people who work or stay in it.
Positioning for work and focus
I pay particular attention to the flow of energy, the position of workstations and the zones for concentration, meetings and breaks. The analysis also includes personal favourable directions according to Feng Shui. They are an additional guide when positioning a desk and choosing which way to sit, while respecting the functionality and possibilities of the space. The first impression matters to me too: how the space welcomes clients and conveys the character of the business.
Concrete guidelines for the fit-out
Through the Feng Shui analysis I give recommendations on layout, function, colours, materials and details, in line with the intention of the space and the business goals. They help set priorities for the fit-out and shape an environment that makes everyday work easier, supports collaboration and gives clients and guests a pleasant experience.
Pricing
The price of the analysis is set by the floor area.
The price of the analysis depends on the size of the space and the complexity of the project. I take into account the number of users, the different purposes and the way the space is used. The price includes the analysis, a report with guidelines and a follow-up conversation about the recommendations.
