The contact form

The form collects your name, your email address, the kind of space and the text of your message. I need the name and the message to know what this is about, and the email address to be able to answer.

The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, and the preparation of a contract if the enquiry turns into work together. The data is not used for advertising and is not sold to anyone.

The form has a hidden field that protects it from automated enquiries. It collects nothing about you.

How long I keep enquiries

I keep an enquiry until it is resolved, and at most twelve months from the last message. If the enquiry turns into work together, the data moves into business records and is kept for the periods required by accounting law.

Booking an intro call

When you book the 15-minute intro call, the form collects your name, your email address, your phone number if you enter it, the kind of space, a note if you add one, and the time slot you choose. I need that data to arrange the call and to hold it at the agreed time.

The legal basis is the preparation of a possible contract at your request: booking a call is a step I take before an enquiry turns into work together.

I keep the booking data until the call is held and anything that follows from it is resolved, and at most twelve months.

The confirmation is sent by Resend, the same service that sends messages from the contact form. Once my Google calendar is connected to the site, the time slot is held in Google Calendar and the call link comes from Google Meet; until it is connected, the arrangement is made by email, without Google.

The booking confirmation and the contact form’s automatic reply are not a newsletter: they are sent only to you, only once, as part of the arrangement, not as a sign-up to the newsletter.

Where the data goes

The message from the form is delivered by Resend (Resend, Inc.), an email delivery service. The website runs on Vercel (Vercel, Inc.), which also processes the data needed to serve the site and to count visits without cookies. The website’s database, which holds the newsletter sign-ups, is run by Neon (Neon, Inc.).

All of them process the data under contract and only for this purpose. Beyond them, I give the data to no one.

Newsletter

You sign up for the newsletter yourself, by entering your email address, and that is a consent you can withdraw at any time. An unsubscribe link sits in every email.

A short welcome email arrives right after you sign up, confirming that it worked. The addresses are stored in this website’s own database, on servers in the EU (Neon and Vercel, Frankfurt), and used only for the newsletter. Along with the address, the site records the language, the page you signed up from and the time of signing up.

You can unsubscribe with the link in every email or by writing to me. After that the address no longer receives the newsletter, and on request I delete it completely.

Cookies and statistics

The site sets no cookies that require consent, so there is no consent banner either. Visits are counted by Vercel Analytics without cookies and without profiling: the visit, the page and the approximate country are recorded.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for a correction, for deletion or for a copy to take with you, and you can object to the processing. Ask by email and I answer within one month.

If you think something is wrong with how your data is handled, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.

Changes

If any of this changes, the change appears on this page with a new date. This version applies from September 2026.
